She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Phelps and Beulah Phelps; and her brother Larry Phelps. She is survived by: her husband Morris Spencer White; her daughter Lisa Kay Evans; her son-in-law Steve Evans; and her granddaughters, Jessica Evans and Hannah Evans. She is also survived by her family and friends.
