She is survived by: her children, Cathy Hoggard Blowe (Jay) of Ahoskie and Don Hoggard (Denise) of Colerain; her grandchildren, Ryan, Madison Blowe and Jessica Belch Brooke Hoggard; and her great grandchild Justin Hoggard.
