He is survived by: his sister Odell; his wife Kay Surgeon Hoggard; his daughters, Angie H. Brickhouse (Tom) of Creswell and Victoria Marie Hurst of Colerain; his brother Alvin Hoggard of Colerain; his granddaughters, Crystal Wisner (Doug) of Creswell, Amber Nobles of Creswell and Kayla Bateman (John) of Creswell; and his great grandchildren, Braxton, Jason Nobles, Ava and Derek Brickhouse.
