He was predeceased by: his father Andy Poe Leggett, Sr.; his son Chris Leggett; and his brother Leroy Leggett. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Hudson Leggett; his children, Jason Leggett (Ashley) of Williamston and Tammy McGill (Kevin) of Goldsboro; his siblings, Sam Leggett (Billie) of Belhaven, Gene Leggett (Jean) of Williamston and Janie Lee (Frankie) of Merry Hill; his grandchildren, Hunter Leggett (Annie), Morgan Waddell (Ashton), Chase and Bradley Leggett; and his great grandchildren, Rheya Leggett and Cecilia Waddell.
