She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert Cobb, Jr. and Glida Clara Perry Cobb; and her husband William Irvin'Bill'Hoggard. She is survived by: her sons, Stacy O. Hoggard (Bonnie) of Askewville and W. Michael Hoggard (Kelly) of Williamston; her grandchildren, Aaron Hoggard (Samantha), Matthew G. Hoggard (Amanda), Tristen "Scoop" Hoggard, Timberly, Rachel Hoggard and Christopher Hoggard; and her great grandchildren, Sawyer Hoggard and Saylor Hoggard.
