He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Mary Wilson (Hutchcraft) and Lawrence Wilson; and his siblings, June Wilson, Bill Wilson and Margie Poole.
He is survived by: his daughter Julia Carole Wilson; his granddaughters, Grace Angelica Wilson Lane and Miriah Michelle Wilson Lane; his wife Glenda Wilson (Barbeque Haven) of Wilson, NC; his son-in-law Joseph H. Lane, Jr.; and his granddaughter Miriah Lane of Raleigh, NC. He is also survived by two nieces, five nephews.
