She is survived by: her husband Jack Hayes of Winston-Salem; her children, Tempie Ann Hayes of Wilson and Jack Thomas Hayes (Phoebe) of Wilson; her granddaughters, Bailee Hayes of Wilson and Elizabeth Woods of Raleigh; and her caregivers, Linda Braswell, Debbie Cox, Barbara Flora, Lisa Johnson and Debbie Rance.
