She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn Ruffin Davis; her son Stanley Davis; her parents, Bennie Lucas and Minnie Lucas; her stepmother Mattie Lucas; and her siblings, Hazel Dixon, Frances Lucas, Eugene Lucas, Roman Lucas, LeLand Lucas and Bennie Lucas, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Davis (Susan) of Sims and Robbie Davis (Cathy) of Bailey; her daughter-in-law Gail Davis of Wilson; her grandchildren, Shanna Wood (Ricky), Blake Sanders, Jonathan Davis (Allison), Meagan Eldridge (Justin) and Jason Lee (Erin); her great grandchildren, Kaleb Wood, Silas Wood, Jarrah Wood, Alexis Sanders, Landen Sanders, Keira London Lee, Marshall Ray Lee, Jonathan Drake Davis, Jonathan Glenn Eldridge, Susanna Marie Eldridge and Lawton Keith Eldridge; her brother Blaine Lucas (Charlene); her sister-in-law Sarah Frances Lucas; and her caregivers, Becky and Krystal.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Shiloh Church (5854 Shiloh Church Rd, Wilson, NC 27896). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:45 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (2800 Nash St N, Wilson, NC 27896).
