He is survived by: his mother Carrie Elizabeth Fries Oteri of Rocky Mount; his siblings, Christy Tierney (Patrick) of North Billerica, MA, Richard S. Oteri (Megan) of Wilson and Scott D. Oteri (Cherie) of Rocky Mount; and his nephews, Benjamin Oteri and Hunter Tierney.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Therese Catholic Church (700 Nash St N, Wilson, NC 27893).
