He is survived by: his wife Margaret Jean Pittman Walston; his sons, Brent Walston (Catherine) of Wilson and Brian Walston (Mandy) of Clover, SC; his grandchildren, Ian, Graham, Maddie and Mason Walston; and his siblings, Sybil Graham (Sherman) of Wilson and Linwood Walston (Bessie) of Middlesex. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
