Sue Ferrell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Ferrell of Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on February 8, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Brooks and Earl Brooks; her sisters, Ann Brooks, Olga Rhinehart, Madeline Grogan, Virginia Ostrum, Charlotte Goddin and Carol Willis; and also, Thurman, Dick, Len, Sid and Val.
She is survived by: her husband Gilbert D. Ferrell; her children, Leigh Robins Kirkman (Don Kirkman) of Carteret County, Gilbert D. "Bert" Ferrell, Jr. (Pam Taylor) of Wilson and Patricia Lynn "Trish" Ferrell (Jon Meade) of Wilson; her grandchildren, Katherine Robins Wall (Braxton) of Raleigh and Miller Douglas Robins (Cait) of Cary; her great grandchildren, Holden, Brooks Wall, Henry and Shea Robins; and her sister-in-law Patsy Ferrell of Wilson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
