She was predeceased by: her grandson Blake Taylor; and her parents, Edgar Richard and Magdalene Taylor Langston of Johnston County. She is survived by: her husband J. T. Parker, Jr.; her daughter Joy Cobb (Keith) of Lucama; her granddaughter Erin Taylor; her stepgrandchildren, Lisa C. Peaden (Larry), Derek Cobb and Brentley Cobb (Jodi); and her great grandchild Sophia Farley.
