She was predeceased by: her husband Norris; her parents, John Horne and Pearl Horne; her brothers, Robert, Edward and Walter; her siblings-in-law, Joyce, Dawn, Lois, Glenn and Willie Mae; her brother Randy; her sister-in-law Jean; her nephews, Doug and Matthew; and her niece Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Jack, Amy Fisher, Mark Propes, Michele and Doug Inscoe; her grandchildren, Nicole Propes, Dana, Tony Popolo, Jamie, John Etringer, Montana Propes, Katy Fisher, Mike Fisher, Corey, Courtney Inscoe and Madison Inscoe Mann; her great grandchildren, Alahna, Lehnie, Layne Popolo, Heidi Etringer, Eleanor and Amelia Inscoe; her siblings, Frances Fuller and John; her sister-in-law Judy Horne; her brother Larry; her sister-in-law Yvonne Propes; and her friends, Donese, Iris and Glenda. She is also survived by her neighborhood breakfast buddies, senior center friends.
During Covid she started attending Wave Church in Wilson.
