It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Kennedy Johnson of Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on December 1, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse D. Calhoun Johnson of Delway; her parents, Daisy Hunter Kennedy and James Connor Kennedy of Clinton; and her son Daniel Johnson, Jr. of Wilson. She is survived by: her brother Jim Kennedy of Winston-Salem; her children, Mia Johnson of Greensboro, Amy Johnson of Wilson, Philip Johnson (Peggy) of Corbin and Evan Johnson (Vicki) of Hamilton; and her daughter-in-law Stephanie Johnson (Daniel) of Raleigh. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
The family requests that all attendees wear a mask.
