She is survived by: her sons, Zach Patterson and Andrew Patterson (Patty) of Chapin, SC; her grandchildren, Claire and Piper Patterson; her mother Sallie Haynes Boswell of Wilson; and her siblings, Sue Dail (Ralph) of Wilson, Mary Byrd of Greensboro and Rob Boswell (Lynne) of Bailey.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the First Tee of the Lowcountry, PO Box 23334, Hilton Head Island, SC 29925.
