He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie LeRoy Galloway and Ella Hester Bunn; his brother Archie Leroy Galloway, Jr.; his stepfather William Raymond Bunn; and his niece Angie Galloway Reeder.
He is survived by: his son Brent Edward Galloway (Erin Burris Galloway); his granddaughters, Emma Clare Galloway of Raleigh and Megan Riley Galloway of Raleigh; his close friend Beatrice Boykin; and his sister-in-law Shirley Cherry Galloway of Wilson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Winstead United Methodist Church, 1407 Tarboro St SW, Wilson, NC 27893.
