He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Bullard and Ladye Mable "Babe" Bullard; and his daughter-in-law Shannon Kuehne Bullard. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hawthorne Bullard; his children, Kenneth Bullard, Riley, Jamie and Floyd Bullard (Rick Lineberger); and his siblings, Reed Bullard (Joan) and Ladye Jane Hilliard (Larry). He is also survived by family; and by a number of close friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (200 Nash St, Wilson, NC 27893). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (311 Nash St N, Wilson, NC 27893).
We have no doubt that when he was greeted in heaven, Jesus said, "Well done, my good and faithful servant."In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Roger's memory be made to First Baptist Church, PO Box 1467, Wilson, NC 27894, designated for the Bullard Lecture Series endowment.
