He is survived by: his wife Beverly Allen Henderson; his daughters, Lisa Y. Henderson (Lorna Subramanien) and Karla M. Henderson-Jackson (Sean E. Jackson); his granddaughter Sydney D. Jackson; his daughter Valerie Briggs; his sister Hattie Henderson Ellis; his son Charles L. Williams (Mimi A. Williams); his grandchildren, Julien C. and Malek L. Williams; his uncle LeRoy McJames, Jr.; his aunt Dolores Brummer Jones; and his siblings-in-law, John C. Allen, III (Gladys P. Allen), Lynne C. Allen and Sallie T. Allen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
