She is survived by: her husband Kent Montgomery; her sons, Keith Barnes (Susan) of Wilson, Scott Barnes (Renee) of Wilson and Patrick Barnes (Tammy) of Wilson; her grandchildren, Paxton Barnes (Morgan), Kenan Barnes, Patrick Barnes Jr., Anna Barnes, Gabe Barnes and Reagan Barnes; her great grandchildren, Nolan, Fletcher and Whitley Barnes; her mother-in-law Hazelene Montgomery of Albemarle; her siblings-in-law, Monty Montgomery (Joan) of Martinsville, VA and Ann Byrd of Albemarle; and her caregivers, Ann Durham, Wanda Edwards and Tammy Hill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
