She was predeceased by: her husband James Wilbert Boykin; her parents, Carrie Bell Barnes and William Bass; and her sister Barbara Lamm. She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine Boykin Lea and Susan Boykin Sirianni (Richard); her grandson William Cullen Lea; and her sister Edith Carter.
