He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Norman E. Pridgen, Jr.; his stepmother Jean of Winston-Salem; his sister Elizabeth "Sandi" Goodson of Wilson; his nephew Justin Goodson; his niece Kaitlyn Goodson of Wilson; and his mother June Boyette Pridgen.
