It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Ralph Webb of Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on March 10, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Eleanor Parham; his sister Phyllis Sullivan; and his grandparents, Eva Bell and Vernon Webb. He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his children, Sara Minor (Mandell Minor), LeighAnna Webb (Corey Cina) and Andrew Webb (Emily Webb); his grandchildren, Brooklyn and Zoey Minor; and his pet Honey B. Bunny.
