She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hodge Edgerton and Lizzie Mozingo Edgerton of Kenly; her husband L. E. Taylor; her children, Larry E. Taylor and Debbie Taylor Carson; and her siblings, Estelle Edgerton, Edith Narron, James Edgerton and Albert Edgerton.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeannette Taylor Batts (Jim) of Wilson; her grandchildren, Jessica Rothstein (Phillip) of Wake Forest and Trey Taylor of Raleigh; her great grandchildren, Bella, Sophia and Lilly Rothstein; her cousins, Mitch Mozingo (Nicola) and Derek Mozingo (Valorie); and also Jeanette. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
