She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Eatmon and Mamie Eatmon; and her siblings, Lois Rowe, Patsy Jenkins, Louise Jenkins, Romaine Yates and Rudolph Eatmon.
She is survived by: her husband Horace "Pete" Dunn; her daughter Tracy Duckworth (Steve); her granddaughters, Brennan Poythress and Kendall Edwards; her great grandchildren, Leyna-Ann Edwards and Cashdun Edwards; her brother James "Hardy" Eatmon; and her niece June Jenkins. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Joyner's Funeral Home (4100 Raleigh Rd Pkwy W, Wilson, NC 27896). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (2800 Nash St N, Wilson, NC 27896).
