She was predeceased by: her husband Larry C. Greenleaf; her son Gregg Scott Greenleaf; and her parents, Paul Pavlick and Jay Pavlick. She is survived by: her son William Greenleaf of Wilson; her brother Richard Pavlick of Pelican Island, NJ; and her grandchild Haley Isabelle Smith (Grady Smith Jr.).
