She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Barnes and Lillian Barnes; her husband Lemar Taylor; her son Leon Taylor; and her siblings, Albert Ray Barnes, Lurlean Bullock, Mattie Matthews, William Clarence Barnes, Marion Barnes, Mittie Lee Taylor, James Roland Barnes and Milton Lee Barnes.

She is survived by: her grandsons, Leon Demetrius Taylor, Michael Creech and Shaquille Creech. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
