She is survived by: her husband Edward "Buddy" Proctor; her sons, Jeremia John Cobb (Elizabeth) and Thomas Caleb Cobb; her grandchildren, Amanda Brooke Cobb, Daniel Allan Cobb and Max Cannon Cobb; and her siblings, Bettie Edwards, Rosa Wade, Earl Garris (Marie), Billy Ray Garris (Cindy) and Jimmy Garris (Suzanne).
