Spencer, IV (Frances) of Morehead City; her grandchildren, Jack Thomas Spencer, Marsh Lawson Spencer and Dorothy Barksdale Sparks; her sisters, Dona Murray Goforth (Roy) of Clover and Evelyn Ison of Fayetteville; her sister-in-law Barksdale Spencer Thompson (Philip) of Wilson; her nieces, Holly Barkley Thornton, Sally Lawson Thompson, Sarah Thompson Ihnat, Caitlin Goforth Long, Barksdale Thompson Matkins, Abigail Goforth Dye, Mary-Madison Goforth Robbins and Kennedy O'Neil Goforth; her nephew David Barkley; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sydney, Griffin, Seth, Sis Thompson, Rhonda and Barnes Thompson.
