He is survived by: his significant other Teresa Lynn Pierce; his son Trey Lynn Cone (Heather) of Morehead City; his siblings, Henry Lee Pierce (Hilda) of Rocky Mount, Margaret Pierce Nicholson of Rocky Mount and Erma Jean Pierce Braddy (LeRoy) of Hobgood; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Lynn Cone and Saylor Grace Cone; and also Daylon Mooneyham.
