He was predeceased by: his parents, John Todd and Audrey Parsons Todd; and his brother Terry Todd. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Todd; his daughter Jennifer Hill (Ryan Hill); his grandchildren, Aiden and Ava of Raleigh; his daughter Missy Todd; and his grandchildren, Zane Zelibor of Elm City and Daisy.
