He was predeceased by: his father Carlos Limon. He is survived by: his wife Alondra Gonzales; his daughters, Andrea Guadalupe Gonzalez and Renata Melissa Gonzalez; his mother Maricela Limon; and his siblings, Juan Carlos (San-Juana Cardona), Luis Limon and Maria Socorro Limon Izaguirre (Juan). He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews.
