She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph A. Proctor; her parents, John Wright and Nannie Lee Webb; her siblings, John Ledger Webb, Gordon Webb and Eunice Beach; and her siblings-in-law, Jesse and Beulah Webb.
She is survived by: her son Chris Proctor (Melissa) of Wilson; her grandchildren, Holden Proctor of Wilson and Claire Rose Proctor of Wilson; her siblings, Elizabeth Moore (Paul, Jr.) of Charlotte and Mitchell Webb of Edgecombe County; and her sister-in-law Delta Webb of Edgecombe County. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
