She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Robert "Bob" Winstead; her parents, Durwood Bryant Vick and Lillian Carraway Vick; and her sisters, Margaret Bass and Josephine Issette.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Hood (Lee) of Walkertown, Pam Jones of Jacksonville, Karen Cook (Steve) of Wilmington, Rob Winstead of Winston Salem and Jeff Winstead (Angie) of Fort Worth, TX; and her brothers, Durwood Vick (Patsy) of Wilson and Ronnie Vick (Sheila) of Lucama. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
