She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Williford and Edna Williford; her husband Robert "Bob" W. Wooten; and her grandson Tyler H. Wooten. She is survived by: her sons, Robbie Wooten of Rocky Mount and Mike Wooten of Rocky Mount; her grandchildren, Justin Wooten of Greenville, Lauren Wooten of Charlotte and Lindsey Campbell (Bill) of Williamsburg, VA; and her sister Jean Abbitt of Wilson.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1130 N Winstead Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27804). A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Maplewood Cemetery (400 College St NE, Wilson, NC 27893).
