She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Skinner; her son Billy Roger Parker, Jr.; and her siblings, Elizabeth and Carlton. She is survived by: her children, Jackie Davis (Mark), Barry Parker and Kelly Parker. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
