We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2022, at the age of 62, John Whitley of Wilson, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcellus Forbes and Dona Elizabeth Brantley Whitley; and his brother Robert Forbes Whitley. He is survived by: his children, Amber Whitley of Wilson and Tyler Whitley (Lee Ann) of Wilson; his grandchildren, Allyson, Meredyth and Hunter; and his close friends, Peggy W. Lamm and Randy Parris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
