He is survived by: his wife Betty Norris Skinner; his children, Terry Skinner Heath (Carl) of Fremont and Roderick Allen Skinner of Wilson; his granddaughters, Jenna Speight Adams (Landon) of Willow Springs and Courtney Speight Pittman (David) of Colerain; and his great grandchildren, Raylynn and Fletcher Adams.
