He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Clifton and Liller Maude Flora Whitley; and his siblings, Cleo Mack Whitley, Rose Lamm, Diane Whitley, Bobby Whitley and Clifton Whitley.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Whitley; his sons, Jodie Webb (Tiffany) of Garfield, AR and Gary Whitley (Dawn) of Macclesfield; his siblings, Jeanette Little of Lucama, Joyce Combs (Harvey) of Snow Hill and James Whitley (Carolyn) of Wilson; his grandchildren, Savannah Jones and Austin Whitley; and his pet Misty.
