He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Sheri Satterwhite (Bynum) and Kim Brown (Scott); his grandchildren, Matt Satterwhite (Mariah), Katherine Atkins (Tray), Elizabeth "Liza" Satterwhite, Elizabeth Brown and Will Brown; his great grandchildren, Harper Atkins and Liam Satterwhite; his siblings, Charlotte Knoke (Scott), James Mathewson and Thomas Mathewson; his nieces and nephews, Chelsea Brown, Alex Brown, James Knoke, Robert Knoke, Chris Knoke and Anne-Elizabeth Knoke; and his in-laws, Leslie Brown and Douglas Brown (Andrea).
