He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma Holloman Carstens; his stepfather John Robert Carstens; and his grandparents, Jesse and Mable Holloman. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Whitley Holloman; his children, Hunter Haynes and Misty Proctor (Ernest) of Nashville; his grandchildren, Marlee Proctor and Elijah Proctor; his parents-in-law, Connie Balance and Bobby Balance; his sister-in-law Lucy Hooper (Rich); and his nephew Isaac Hooper.
