With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Lou Proctor of Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on March 2, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Elisha Proctor; her parents, Russell Barnes Green and Dell Cummings Weaver; her grandmother Mattie Pender; her son Russell Carlton Proctor; and her sister Susanne Weaver.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Dell Williamson (Russell), Lou Ann Proctor and Thomas Bruce Proctor (Angie); her siblings, Lucy Jo Weaver, Rebecca Lewis, Debbie Joyner, Joseph Weaver and Richard Green; her grandchildren, Lauren Nicholson, Lane Proctor, Landin Proctor, Matthew Williamson, Bradley Williamson, Maryssa Worley, Madelyn Proctor, Eli Zenzel, Michael Zenzel and Anna Zenzel; and her great grandchildren, Carson Proctor, Colton Proctor, Weston Proctor and Afton Williamson.
