She was predeceased by: her parents, Blonnie Kemp Johnson and Earl Warren. She is survived by: her children, Kay Jernigan McGriff (Robert McGriff) of Springville, IN and Hugh Warren Jernigan (Don Dvorak) of Phoenix, AZ; her granddaughter Anna Kay McGriff; and her child Girl Scouts. She is also survived by her friends and family.
