He is survived by: his wife Deborah Carraway; his children, Jennifer Penny (Brian) of Sims and Timothy Patrick Carraway (Courtney) of Fuquay Varina; his grandchildren, Lance Stott, Kaylin Penny, Cain Penny, Halen Carraway, Jude Carraway and Myles Carraway; his brother Steve Carraway (Fran) of Cary; and his pet Gregory.
