He was predeceased by: his wife Pat Fagala; his parents, Orin Henry Fagala and Evelyn Beck Fagala; and his brother Mike Fagala. He is survived by: his children, Jami Fagala (Tolio Rubio) of Hillsborough, Traci Vasquez of Las Vegas, NV, Staci Fagala of Roanoke, VA, Jeff Mozingo (Karen) of Sims and Kenny Mozingo (Angela) of Sharpsburg; his close friend Jo Ann Poythress of Wilson; his stepmother Jean Fagala of Owensboro, KY; his grandchildren, Tyler, Melissa, Candace, Ashley, Hunter and Sara; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Nolan, Austyn, J'Ceon and Ma'Laya.
