He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Lee Fulks and Charles Fulks, Sr.; and his brothers, Reverend David Fulks and Unitarian Charles Fulks, Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Steven; his sons, Arthur Ellis Charest-Fulks (Kristen) and James Evan Fulks (Kara); and his brother Dr. Dan Fulks of Lancaster, KY.
