With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jake Lucas (Wilson, North Carolina), who passed away on March 19, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Lucas and Irene Lucas of Lucama. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Moye Lucas; his children, Kimberly Brooks (Jonathan) of Pinehurst, NC and Glen Clark (Zorina) of King, NC; his sister-in-law Brenda Gay (Bob) of Clayton, NC.; his grandchildren, Savannah Clark, Cameron Clark, Nolan Clark, Josh Brooks and Jackson Brooks; and his cousins, Hal Lucas (Karen) of Surfside Beach, SC and Ann Boswell (Jeff) of Greenville, NC..
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial contributions be made to Lucama United Methodist Church, PO Box 656, Lucama NC 27851 or Little Rock Free Will Baptist Church, PO Box 340, Lucama NC 27851.
