She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua W. Bissette and Polly Stott Bissette; her husband Quentin N. Fulghum; and her son-in-law Larry Brown. She is survived by: her daughter Polly F. Brown; her grandchildren, Twiddy (Nevin) and Steve Brown (Sheryl); her great grandchildren, Chase, Twiddy, Hunter Brown (Macie) and Dylan Palk; and her siblings, Reba Dew, Hubert, Luther, Elvin, Eddie, Arthur and Herman Bissette. She is also survived by many nieces and, nephews that she loved dearly and many dear friends.
