He is survived by: his wife Lucendia Turner Issette; his children, Wanda Bass McCroskey (Mike) of Wilson, Eddie Bass and Jeffrey Issette (Maria) of Bailey; his grandchildren, Devon McCroskey, Savannah McCroskey, Chloe McCroskey, Abbott Bass, Haley Issette Matthews, Hunter Issette and Shane Issette; his great grandchildren, Ian Anderson, Sophia Bass and Adeline Matthews; his siblings, Judy Weatherington of Wilson, Kimberly Smith (Rex) of Bailey, Wendy Summerlin (Jerry) of Elm City and Johnny Issette (LeAnne) of Bailey; and his nieces, Wendy Weatherington, Leslie Weatherington, Audrey Bullock and Jennifer McMurray.
