He is survived by: his children, Mary Kathryn Johnson (Austin) and Gregory Ryan High (Karla Flores Chavez); his grandchildren, Rayleigh Johnson and William Harrison High; his mother Barbara D. Ellis; his stepfather Don; his former wife Amy High; his siblings, Shannon High Cattafesta (Chad) and Gary High; his caregiver Paul Driver; and his pet Princess.
