He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Parks Mills and Leonard Mills. He is survived by: his wife Wayburn Moretz Mills; his children, Jason Mills (Elizabeth) of Raleigh, Parks and Diana Windley (Paul) of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Savannah Jane, Zeno and Penelope; and his brother-in-law Dewitt Moretz (Sarah). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
